Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for a full refund can be made up to 72 hours after the purchase of your session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time can be made less a $50 late cancellation fee. To reschedule an appointment before 48 hours of scheduled appointment, click the appropriate link found in the confirmation email, or email laila@feelsolight.com with client name, current date of appointment, and preferred date change. ​Please note that only current open dates on the schedule can be used for rescheduling. If the preferred date is not available, other options may be given to choose from. ​ There are no refunds if a client doesn’t call or is unavailable at the scheduled time or once a session has been given.
