Cancellations or Reschedules

​

Private Sessions

Cancellation requests for a full refund can be made up to 72 hours after the purchase of your session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time of the appointment can be made and refunded less a $50 late cancellation fee.

 

To reschedule an appointment before 48 hours of scheduled appointment, click the appropriate link found in the confirmation email or email feelsolight@gmail.com with client name, current date of appointment, and preferred date change.

 

​Please note that only current open dates on the schedule can be used for rescheduling. If the preferred date is not available, other options may be given to choose from.

​

There are NO refunds if a client doesn’t call or is unavailable at the scheduled time or once a session has been given.

​

Coaching Program

A full refund for a Coaching Program is available for 72 hours after the purchase of your program.

Refunds within the 7-day period before the start of the program are subject to a $100 cancelation fee.

​

Refunds requested after the start of the coaching program are subject to a pro-rated refund based upon the number of remaining sessions less a $150 cancelation & program processing fee. No refunds shall be given for coaching sessions already received.

Group Sessions

Whereas group sessions will be recorded for participants and for those who have purchased the group session and did not attend the live event, no refunds shall be given.

Intellectual Property

No unlawful or prohibited use of Intellectual Property.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this site strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Sites, you warrant to FSLEA that you will not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use this site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of this site.
